Great place to work or hang- has both good bahn mi for food and a huge drink menu. Bahn mi and bubble tea make for a great day. Ambience is quiet with amble seating, great for work. They also stock a good shelf of board games, so also a great place to hang.
I've been going here for years and years and years. Solid bubble tea and a nice quiet atmosphere. The sandwiches are pretty good too. Can't complain about anything, and I'll be going back for as long as they are in business.
Driven by this place a hundred times and finally decided to give it a try. Really pleased at the coffee quality and we ordered a simple grilled cheese. That's what I call a grilled cheese. Sweet tomatoes mayo and several types of cheese and I believe a sourdough toast. Cute interior and lots of games to pass the time if that's your thing. I was looking for a non Starbucks coffee house to make my own. Found it!

Boba tea is so delicious here and the food as well! My favorite is the tofu banh mi as it is served with chips. It is such an inexpensive place to hang out with friends. They have plenty of game to choose from. It might get busy depending on the day and time.
Stopped here while we were waiting for our table. So happy we did!! Drinks were phenomenal!! I got the chai tea with tapioca and my bf got the pineapple. Both were great! The young lady at the counter was so sweet and friendly!! Great service!
